You can exchange or return extensions within 30 days of delivery, and you can try them at home first. While the security ties are still on, check the color against your hair, feel the texture, and even wash or heat style a small section. Exchanges and store credit are free; refunds have a 15% restocking fee. Hair that has been worn, colored or had its security ties removed can’t be returned, and clearance items, sale items and custom orders are final sale. See our return policy for full details.
