The hair lasts up to about 6 months with proper care. You'll need a move-up every 4 to 6 weeks, where your stylist removes the old adhesive, retapes, and repositions the pieces closer to your roots. It's a quick appointment, and the same hair can typically be reused 3 to 4 times with replacement tape.

Yes - even though the base is thinner, the adhesive is still strong. You can work out, style your hair up, and go about your day without worrying about slipping. The only thing we recommend is avoiding heavy oil-based products near the bonds since oil can break down adhesive over time. If you follow the care routine, they stay put.

Same approach as any tape-in - use a sulfate-free shampoo, wash in a downward motion, and avoid scrubbing directly at the bonds. Don't flip your head upside down in the shower since that can tangle the hair around the tabs. Condition from mid-length to ends only, and try to air dry when you can. Keep oil-based products away from the adhesive area.

You can! For workouts, we recommend braiding your hair or pulling it into a loose ponytail to keep sweat from sitting on the bonds. For swimming, a swim cap is your best friend - or at least wet your hair and apply a leave-in conditioner before getting in. Chlorine and salt water are tough on adhesive, so rinse thoroughly after.
