Orders & Shipping

We process orders within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2pm PST Monday through Friday ship same day. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the U.S. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's site.

Yes! If you're in the Bay Area, you can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout and pick up your order at our Walnut Creek, CA showroom. Check our store hours here.

Yes! We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping rates and times vary based on location. Expedited options, such as overnight and 2-day shipping, are available at checkout.

We process orders quickly, so if you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the change.

If your package is lost or stolen, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate and find a solution, whether that means replacing your order or assisting in filing a claim.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, worn or altered hair cannot be returned. Please note, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To read the full details of our return policy, click here.

To initiate a return or exchange, visit our Returns Portal and follow the steps. Approved returns receive a prepaid return label (for U.S. customers).

If the packaging is unopened, you can exchange it for the correct shade within 30 days. Use our Color Matching Service to ensure you get the perfect match before ordering.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair extensions. If you are unsure about your color or length, we recommend keeping the security seal intact until you are certain.

Yes! If your extensions are unopened and in their original condition, you can exchange them for a different length or texture within 30 days by following the steps in our Returns Portal.

Yes! If you purchased your Perfect Locks extensions at our Bay Area showroom, you can return or exchange them within 30 days. Please bring your receipt and ensure the product is unopened and unused.

All returns must be sent back in their original packaging. Any security ties must still be attached and unaltered. If the product packaging has been tampered with, we may not be able to process your return.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

Yes! Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be credited back to your Perfect Locks account.

Yes, however some items are marked final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us, and we'll make it right.

For clip-ins and halos, we recommend removing them before swimming or showering to extend their lifespan. For professional methods like tape-ins and wefts, you can swim, but always rinse your hair with clean water immediately after and avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine or saltwater. We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer make changes.
