Your Perfect Locks order ships from our headquarters in Walnut Creek, California.
Orders placed before 2pm PT Monday through Friday ship the same day. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email within a few hours. You can also track orders anytime through your account or the shipment notification.

Delivery Estimates and Updates
You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete. If you don't receive this email, please contact us about your order confirmation right away.
For custom orders or back-ordered items, we'll notify you of any delays and hold your order until everything is available. You can cancel for a full refund at any time if needed.
Delivery estimates are based on information from our shipping partners. We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors outside our control, including weather, holidays, and carrier delays. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS and FedEx. Orders over $100 USD require signature confirmation due to the value of our products. If you prefer delivery without a signature, please complete our signature waiver form.
Overnight Shipping
Overnight orders placed by 2pm PT ship the same day for next-business-day delivery. Overnight delivery is not available on weekends. We recommend ordering ahead to allow for any unexpected delays.
Pickup and Delivery
In-Store Pickup
What to bring: Please bring a valid photo ID and the credit or debit card used for your purchase. If you only have your ID, the name must match the order exactly.
Pickup deadline: Orders not picked up within 30 days will be converted to store credit and the products restocked.
Authorizing someone else: The person named on the order must call us in advance and send a photo of themselves holding their ID for verification. We'll then add the authorized person's name to the order.
Shipping Address and Delivery
Double-check your address before placing your order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses are the main cause of delivery delays. Include all necessary details such as apartment numbers.
- FedEx: Address corrections incur a service fee
- USPS: Address changes are not possible after shipment
Most packages require signature confirmation. If you're not available, carriers will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for pickup. It's your responsibility to arrange pickup if needed. Refunds are not issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows a delivery issue or your package appears lost, contact us about a lost shipment immediately. We'll initiate an investigation with the carrier, which typically takes 8-10 business days. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to reship at no additional cost.
International Orders
International Shipments
We ship worldwide via USPS International and FedEx. International orders are accepted through PayPal, Western Union, or bank wire transfer only. We do not accept credit card payments for international orders through our website or by phone.

Customs and Duties
International shipments must clear customs. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, duties, or permits required by your country. An invoice is included with every shipment. For more information, please reach out to our customer support.
Order Issues
Order Verification
To protect our customers, we require that billing and shipping addresses match. If your order is declined due to an address mismatch, please contact us about order verification to resolve the issue. For orders with different billing and shipping addresses, call us at 1-888-290-4771 with additional identification ready.
Product Availability
If an item you ordered is unavailable, we'll contact you by phone or email to discuss alternatives. If you prefer to cancel, we'll issue a full refund.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If we made a mistake with your order, we'll make it right. Contact us about an incorrect order within 7 days of receiving your shipment, and we'll reship the correct items at our expense using the same shipping method.
