The lace we use is thicker and more durable than the thin flexible band offerened in our samless clip-ins. .

How do I blend clip-ins with my own hair?

Blending clip-in extensions with your own hair is a great way to achieve a fuller and more voluminous look without the commitment of permanent extensions. But before you can blend them seamlessly with your own locks, there are a few key steps to take. Brush your hair thoroughly to remove any tangles or knots. Part your hair where you want to place the clip-ins. Take a small section of your own hair, about the same width as the extension, and clip the extension to it. Repeat this process until you have added all of the extensions that you want to use. Use a comb or brush to blend your own hair with the extensions. Style your hair as desired.

How often should I wash my clip-ins?

When it comes to washing your clip-in hair extensions, it's all about striking the perfect balance between keeping them clean and maintaining their longevity. While it may be tempting to wash them after every use, it's important to remember that over-washing can cause damage and shorten the lifespan of your extensions. How to InstallQuick step-by-step application guide

1. Section the Hair 2 min

Part your hair horizontally at the nape and clip everything above it out of the way. This bottom section is the base for your widest weft.

2. Tease and Prep the Roots 1 min

Lightly backcomb the roots of the section so the clips have something to grip. A little dry shampoo or hairspray adds texture and stops the wefts sliding.

3. Attach the First Weft 2 min

Take the widest weft and press it against the teased roots. Snap the middle clip first, then the sides, so it sits flat and even across your head.

4. Layer Additional Wefts 5 min

Work upward in sections about an inch apart, using narrower wefts toward the sides. Keep every weft below the temple line so nothing peeks through.

5. Blend and Style 3 min

Let your own hair down over the wefts and brush the two together. Style as normal, and keep heat low to protect the extensions.

Exceptional!

These kinky curly clip-in extensions gave me the volume and length I wanted for my wedding day. It sure had my hair and makeup artist asking me where I got these! For comparison: my natural hair; my wedding day trial (extensions not processed in any way; my artist and I actually unwrapped them at the session-you can see why she was initially skeptical); and the wedding day (after washing and conditioning with DevaCurl Decadence and using Perfect Locks Leave-In Conditioner).

Nice but frizzy

The hair is gorgeous and blends well, but I found that it tangles a bit after a few wears. With the right care and some detangling spray, it’s manageable, but I wish it stayed a little smoother over time.
