Absolutely - our tape-ins are 100% human hair, so they take color beautifully. We do recommend having a professional handle it, and going darker rather than lighter is safest since bleaching can weaken the hair and loosen the adhesive. Honestly, if you already know the shade you want, choosing the right color upfront saves you the hassle. We offer free color matching if you need help.

Not when they're applied and removed properly. The issues we see come from leaving them in too long past the move-up window, or trying to pull them out without the right removal solution. Stick to the 6-8 week move-up schedule with a good stylist and your natural hair will stay perfectly healthy. We wouldn't sell a method we didn't trust on our own hair.

You can! We just recommend braiding your hair during workouts to keep sweat from loosening the bonds. For swimming, a swim cap is your best friend - or at least apply a leave-in conditioner before getting in and rinse thoroughly after. Chlorine and salt water are tough on adhesive, so the less prolonged exposure the better.

Clip-ins are better if you love flexibility and want to take them out whenever you feel like it. It depends on your hair thickness and how much volume you're after. As a general guide: fine hair usually needs 2 packs, medium hair 3, and thick hair 4 or more. Each pack has 20 individual pieces (10 sandwiches). If you're not sure, send us a photo - we look at every request personally and we'll tell you exactly what you need.

It's possible, but we really recommend professional application for at least your first time. There's a learning curve with placement and sectioning that's much easier to understand once you've watched a stylist do it. When your extensions have grown out about 1-1.5 inches from your scalp, it's time. You'll feel them sitting a little looser and they may start to slide. For most people that's around the 6-8 week mark. Your stylist will remove the old tape, apply fresh adhesive, and reposition the wefts closer to your roots - it's a quick appointment and your tape-ins are good for another round.
