I ordered a Natural Black ponytail
I ordered a Natural Black ponytail. The cost was almost $200. I received a brown one (on the lighter side) with a Natural Black tag. I also made an appointment for a consultation. It was suggested that I drive to the store in Walnut Creek to “discuss” the error. The location is 2 hours from where I live. I planned to bring the item with me to the consultation. I was running 15 min late and tried to communicate however there was no live number to call. I sent a text that was returned and there was no contact on the confirmation email. I continued to the location which was an abandoned building under construction. After driving 2 hours l, no contact, and a $200 pony tail that was the wrong color…I decided to cut all losses. Too many red flags here.

Beautiful hair
The pony tail is beautiful…… sadly really just too dark for me. I mistakenly ordered some extensions that are more the right color so I hope someone can add them to the darker pony tail! Together, they would make a beautiful multi colored pony tail….. fingers crossed.
