A portion of your purchase will be donated to the Cancer Support Community. The length of this single hair sandwich is 18 inches.

Tape-Ins can easily be installed by "sandwiching" a thin sheet of your hair in between two pieces of Tape-Ins. First, apply the bottom under your hair, then place the other piece on top, tap with a flat iron and viola! Your installation is complete. For removal, we suggest using our C-22 or Pure Adhesive Remover.

**Section the hair.** Neatly section your hair to prepare for your first row of tape-ins.

**Remove Adhesive Backing.** Remove the adhesive backing to reveal the bond.

**Place and Stick.** Firmly secure the tab against your hair.

**Place Underneath.** Create a “sandwich” by placing the bottom tab on the underside.

**Tap with a flat iron.** Doing so will heat up the glue to activate the bond.

Care Instructions

Lasts 4 to 6 weeks. Can be reinstalled with replacement tape.

Tape-Ins can be reused 2 to 3 times, and each time can last from 4 to 6 weeks to accommodate for new growth. You'll just need to visit your hairdresser to get them reinstalled using tape-in replacement tape. Use a proper clarifying shampoo, and other sulfate-free products to promote longevity and good hair health.

Here are some specific tips for caring for Perfect Locks' tape-in hair extensions:

Avoid combing or brushing your hair when it is dry, as this can cause tangles. Instead, use a Perfect Locks' loop brush to gently detangle your hair while it is wet.
Avoid using heat when styling your hair. If you do need to use heat, be sure to use a heat protectant spray and style your hair on a low setting.
Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner for hair extension care, Perfect Locks' hair care products are recommended.
Avoid using products with alcohol, as these can cause the hair to become dry and frizzy. Instead, use products that are moisturizing and nourishing.
If you notice the tape starting to loosen, you should set an appointment with your hairstylist, and have them professionally re-taped.

Pro Tip: Applying conditioner toward the root can loosen the keratin bond and cause your tape-in tabs to slip and fall out. Don’t rub in at the root!

The length of our hair depends on the texture you choose. Our straight hair naturally falls longer because it lies completely flat when it's measured. We measure the length of our curly hair when it is in a straight position because it has more volume for the same weight. The length of our wavy hair texture lies in-between that of the straight and curly.

Color is nothing like the picture

I ordered the pink pink thinking it would be like the darker pink and what i got looks like the lighter pink mixed with blonde. Maybe I got the wrong color. I have brown hair,..... so the blonde would be weird. I am going to try and darken the pink vs shipping it back. Stay tuned. Ill see how they work
