Hair received not natural black

Not Satisfied. I ordered natural black but received brown/reddish hair (even the tag on each bundle said Natural Black, when that clearly wasn’t the color). No time to return or color before installation appointment, therefore I am not happy with the way I look and am afraid to order hair from Perfect Locks in the future.

Nice for a quick hairstyle

I wear the wavy extensions in chocolate brown, and I bought this scrunchie to match. The color match is pretty good but I would say it has a bit more of a darker and reddish tone to it. Not red red just a touch different. Great for a low bun, really quick and easy to put on. I'm not sure I like it as a top bun for myself, but it looks nice on the model.
