I appreciated the instructor and his hands on assistance and willingness to answer any questions we might have after the class has finished. However, I feel that the class could have been better managed. The class went over almost an hour and it felt like we rushed through the practical end. The first few hours were filled with a lot of talking about industry backgrounds and personal life and we took several hours to go over some relatively straightforward information in the book, without time to review the practical. There are typos in the book (see page about Hair Root Area Review, first heading says ";cross throught";) and the ";I-Tip and U-Tip"; description page at the bottom says that cold fusion will not be covered in this training, which was not true, because it was. For $750 dollars, I would expect the book to be more polished and relevant to the Master Class. The class went over and even though we went past time, Nicolas still had to track down staff to figure out where are certificates where, which added more time. I think that there is not enough time spent on the practical aspect of the training and I recommend a full 8 hour class to dedicate at least 4 hours toward the practical with more supervised practice. I also think having class ";kits"; as an optional purchase would be helpful and this seems to be the standard with other education companies. For example, a small kit for class participants with the items and tools you need to offer various extensions instead of selling each item individually in the general store. I appreciated what we received in our bags, but I had to figure out what other items I needed to purchase to practice, and since we are already running an hour late, I couldn't take the time to discuss what items I needed to purchase for each method and what the price points were because I had to return home. If you had the information readily available online prior to the class, that would've been immensely helpful because I could've just purchased a kit of practice supplies or a larger kit that contained everything I needed to dive into offering extensions. Overall, I appreciate the handbook, the brand and hair quality is great, and the instructor was a very nice and knowledgable guy. But, the actual class time could've been more organized and less about industry/life stories of clients, etc when we're paying $750 for a class with very little actual practical time when you leave out the time for the lunch break, introductions, and all the personal talking that happened during the training. I would've been satisfied if it was 8 hours with more practical time, the time was better organized and the different aspects of the training ran smoothly, and we had the option to purchase kits to get us started. I don't mean to sound overly critical, but I felt it was important to provide constructive feedback considering the cost of this course. Thank you.
