Our double-sided tape tabs are made to keep your Perfect Locks tape-in hair extensions securely in place for a longer period of time. Reapply your tape hair with ease with pre-cut replacement tape strips. They are double-sided and will provide you with superior hold and minimal slippage. The pre-cut backing makes them easy to peel and apply to tape-ins with minimal mess and practically no slippage. We include 4 sheets of 12 tabs including a total of 48 strips in each pack.
