First off, I would like by saying this place has the best customer service I've ever experienced. The whole staff is so nice and kind. One of the representatives even offered to help me pick out extensions, asking me my preferences and then, offering suggestions. Now, to the hair. I freaking love this hair it's so soft and gets softer and softer with every wash. I have the loose curly. It straightens to perfection and it also holds a curl really well. Let me start by saying how great my experience was with this company I have worn weave for over 15 years. I have used several different companies online as well is beauty supply houses around town. But this company surpasses everyone else’s standards for quality hair. I am African American with naturally curly hair and his hair texture always blends perfectly I wash it every day and it’s never loses its luster and shine. Very minimal shedding and is not tangle at all. I have purchased here several times from this company but I have a bag of hair I go back to and this hair is seven years old it’s still looks as good is the day that I purchased it. Love this hair! Love the curly texture it’s doesnt shed or tangle just wet it down and use a leave in conditioner and some Paul Mitchell Super skinny serum for shine grab your blow dryer with a diffuser attachedment and dry !

It was many hours in the chair, but worth it. I lost all my hair from chemo and it is growing back but very very short. Nick was able to give me length again for a special event I had coming up.
