Curly Clip-In Ponytail Extensions

I purchased curly ponytail about a month ago and I love it - high quality hair, feels amazing and blends in naturally with my own hair. I was a bit concerned ordering from the US since I live in Europe and was not sure what happens in case the color does not match but the pictures indeed reflect the actual color of the product quite well so it was a perfect match!! Will highly recommend this product. What impressed me as well is that the hair did not smell chemical processing when I received it - which is really the case with many local suppliers here in Sweden. I’ve bought hair from this site for 4 years now and also visited and purchased from the shop when I was traveling through America. I never had an issue until now. Although the hair is fantastic quality and always is, the color is not like it’s depicted in the picture on site. It’s more of a honey blonde than platinum. I’m disappointed but not willing to send it back as I live in Australia and it would cost an arm and leg.

I am a regular customer here at Perfect Locks and I always order their 18” Curly Ash Blonde tape Ins that when received I wash (as directed) with Perfect Locks Shampoos/Conditioners and mix in a little extension safe purple shampoo for blonde hair just to get rid of the slight brassy color it still has a tinge of. NOTE: NEVER use any purple shampoo on these blonde extentions straight out of the bottle they WILL grab the purple! Trust me on this! Anyway, why minus the one star? I wanted to purchase a long clip-in ponytail to have to wear in between extension replacements. I put them in myself and this takes me two days minimum to remove the extentions all the tape residue, dye my roots, tone my hair, then replace all the tapes onto 70 dry extentions and put them back in. I commend the stylist that can do all this in a one day visit! Perfect Locks didn’t carry an Ash Blonde clip-in ponytail only a platinum blonde one so I took a shot and ordered it. When the ponytail arrived it wasn’t platinum color ,in my opinion, it looked almost to be their Honey Blonde color!? Not going to work for me it didn’t come close to matching my hair. I didn’t remove anything and went through the return/exchange process. Perfect Locks was prompt and exchanged the clip-in ponytail for two packs of my Curly Ash Blonde Tape Ins with no hassle and quick shipping. So thank you Perfect Locks for being so efficient in your return/ exchange policy. I guess I will have to wait and see if Perfect Locks will one day carry the long Ash Blonde Ponytail clip in at a later date. Hopefully, before that they will start carrying the Curly Ash Blonde tape Ins in the longer 22” or 24” lengths! This would be an AWESOME and extremely happy day for me! Thanks Perfect Locks for giving me back my hair confidence! I am a customer for life!

This ponytail looks even better in real life. Full, nicely shaped, easy to use, and comes in a lovely pouch for storage. Try one. You won’t be sorry!

Was good but loose too much hair.

The ponytail arrived in great condition and got even better after I gave it a wash and some leave in conditioner. It took a bit of practice to put in (I recommend trying different approaches to putting it in - you'll find the method that works best for you).I have fine hair that barely reaches my shoulder. It's a bit heavy for my hair type, so I got it professionally cut/layered to work with my hair and it's perfect! Love it!

The hair was amazing quality I could not believe how soft it was! I was so excited to receive my pony tail but the actual application of the pony tail is not realistic. The clip does not hold it in place and the Velcro is super difficult. I was disappointed in the pony tail overall but I would love to spend the money on actual clip ins instead.
