Reflecting on Growth and Success
The highlight of my year has been focusing on growing Perfect Locks and finding a way to balance my personal life. Earlier this year, we launched a couple of popular products, and the feedback from our customers has been overwhelming. The new technology products, especially in textured hair, have set Perfect Locks apart from our competitors, motivating us to keep the experienced and trusted train running strong in the space.
Embracing a Healthier Lifestyle
On a personal front, I have embraced being healthy by watching my diet and being mindful. Regular workouts, frequent hikes, combined with my latest passion for pickleball, have ignited and motivated me to look forward to the great things life has to offer. Pickleball has literally saved me in many ways, bringing my competitive spirit back to life. Age may slow us down, but finding new ways to motivate ourselves is the key to embracing life and the unknown opportunities that lie ahead.
Connecting with Nature
A trek to the Grand Canyon in April was a memorable way to connect with family. Enjoying nature has always been fulfilling for me, offering a mindful way to bond with my kids and create shared experiences through activities we all enjoy.
Coping with Loss
Mid-year brought a heartfelt tragedy as I lost two of my beloved dogs. Marvel and Bruno were our fur babies, bringing immense joy and filling every gap in our family. Their loss has left a void, but the valuable lessons they taught us will never be forgotten. They will always hold a special place in our hearts.
Looking Ahead
As the year comes to an end, I remain motivated to pursue my passion for Perfect Locks, helping women gain confidence and push themselves to achieve their goals. The love and feedback I receive from all of you fills my heart with gratitude and a sense of fulfillment.
