1. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Perfect Locks Wholesale Program, businesses must have a valid business license, tax ID, or resale certificate. All applicants must complete the Wholesale Application Form and be approved by Perfect Locks.

2. Ordering

• Minimum Order: The minimum initial order amount is $ 1,125. Subsequent orders must meet the minumum requirements as mentioned on the wholesale pricing page.
• Ordering Process: Orders can be placed online through our wholesale portal, via email, or by phone.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
• Pay Later Options: All wholesale customers are eligible for any financial payment options available on the checkout page.

3. Pricing and Discounts

• Wholesale pricing is provided upon approval and login to the wholesale portal.
• Discounts: Tiered discounts are available based on order volume. Specific discount tiers will be communicated upon approval.

4. Shipping

• Shipping Costs: Wholesale customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping options and rates will be provided at the time of order.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination.
• International Shipping: Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

• Branding: Perfect Locks branding and packaging is not required but recommended. If Perfect Locks branding is being used, it must not be altered without prior written consent.

7. Marketing and Promotion

• Approved Resellers: Approved wholesale customers will be listed on our website as authorized resellers.
• Marketing Materials: Perfect Locks provides marketing materials and product images for use by wholesale customers. All promotional materials must be approved by Perfect Locks.

8. Account Termination

Perfect Locks reserves the right to terminate wholesale accounts at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions or any illegal or unethical business practices.

9. Changes to Terms

Perfect Locks reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email.
