Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds for rendered services. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. - Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 25% of the reserved service amount. NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. - We request a min of 2 hours notice for cancellations for appointments made within the 48 hour period, or it will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. - If a client is more than 15 minutes late and does not inform the salon, we will assume the client is a no show and the above fees will apply. There will be no refunds on services.
