Here’s What to Do First:
Your gorgeous new extensions have arrived - how exciting! Before installation, let's make sure everything is perfect:
- Keep the Security Zip Ties On: Don't remove them yet! Wash your extensions while still secured so you can fully inspect the quality, texture, and color. Once zip ties are removed and extensions are installed, we're unable to accept returns - this step protects your investment.
- Wash & Inspect: A gentle wash lets you see exactly how the hair moves, shines, and feels - ensuring it's everything you dreamed of.
- Check the Details: Once dry, confirm the texture, length, and color blends beautifully with your natural hair.
- Gentle Detangling: Use a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends and working up.
- Ready to Install: Completely satisfied? Remove the zip ties and get ready for your transformation!

Daily Care for Gorgeous, Long-Lasting Hair
Your extensions are made with premium human hair - let’s keep them looking that way! Follow these care essentials for beautiful, healthy hair that lasts.
- Washing: Use sulfate-free shampoo, gently massaging your scalp and roots.
- Conditioning: Apply conditioner from mid-length to ends, avoiding roots.
- Drying: Air dry when possible, or use a low-heat setting on your dryer.
Hair Care Do's
- Brush gently with a wide-tooth comb.
- Wash carefully with sulfate-free shampoo.
- Condition the ends, not the roots.
- Air dry when you can or use low heat.
- Use heat protection before styling.
- Sleep with a loose braid to avoid tangles.
Hair Care Don'ts
- Don’t wash too often - once or twice a week is enough.
- Avoid too much heat on your hair.
- Don’t sleep with wet hair to prevent breakage.
- Detangle before washing to avoid knots.
- Use a microfiber towel instead of a regular one.
- Rinse after swimming in salt or chlorinated water.

At Perfect Locks, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and accommodating:
Return Policy:
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
- Condition: Products must remain unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with security ties intact. This allows you to wash, condition, and apply low to medium heat to the hair while it's in the security ties to ensure full satisfaction before use.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. For VIP customers, this fee is reduced to 5%. Custom orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Perfect Locks
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy:
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit.
- Condition: Products must meet the same criteria as returns: unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with security ties intact.
- Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team or use our online return and exchange portal.
