At Perfect Locks, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and accommodating:

Return Policy:

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
  • Condition: Products must remain unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with security ties intact. This allows you to wash, condition, and apply low to medium heat to the hair while it's in the security ties to ensure full satisfaction before use.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. For VIP customers, this fee is reduced to 5%. Custom orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Perfect Locks
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy:

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit.
  • Condition: Products must meet the same criteria as returns: unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with security ties intact.
