Our customer service team can help you find the custom hair extensions of your dreams. Please note that custom orders will be custom quoted for you, with some additional costs that your Perfect Locks Representative will cover with you.

Method #1: Drop Us An Email!
One of our methods of requesting a custom order is to simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request photos of the items available to help you make the perfect choice.
Example: If you are requesting for fuller ends, you can request photos of 3 fullest bundles that we offer so you can hand pick the best option for you.
Method #1: Pick It, Drop Us a Note and Order!
Did you know that you can drop custom requests in the note section at checkout? Once you’ve found the right hair extension, length, texture or color you can input a custom request to tweak your order a little further.
- Example: If your curls are a little bit tighter than our virgin curly bundles, you can add a note that states, “Please choose the tightest curl pattern available.”
- Another Example: “I’d like to change the color to a #3 with #27 as highlights”

Custom Order FAQ
Q: Do you customize my orders in-house?
A: All custom orders are created in-house and/or in our factory by our team of professional stylists who will work with you to achieve your desired look.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: All of our custom orders are required to be pre-paid in advance before being submitted to production.
Q: How long do custom orders take?
A: Depending on the degree of customization, custom orders can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 10 weeks to be assembled at our factories from direct temple sourced hair in India to the Perfect Locks facility.
Q: What happens if I want to return a custom order?
A: If you choose to return, exchange or cancel the final product for any reason, a 35% restocking fee will be charged and shipment costs will not be refunded.
