Thankfully we’ve rounded up our favorite effortly DIY holiday hairstyles to inspire you to step out with your best head of hair this holiday without adding to the stress of the season!

1: TikTok’s No Heat Waves??

TikTok creator @kayli.boyle has racked up almost 800 million views with her demonstrating her heatless curls technique. This technique involves wrapping the lengths of your hair while wet around a curling ribbon and going to bed. Waking up in the morning you unravel your hair and the result was surprisingly simple.

2: The Criss Cross Ponytail

One you have that mermaid hair length with hair extensions (particularly in red like Ariel the Little Mermaid), the question is, how to style it? Sisters Elsie and Emma of A Beautiful Mess show how you get a really unique looking ponytail hairstyle in just 8 steps. See how it’s done in this tutorial.

3: Braided Bun and Pony

Ponytails have been IN this year and Regina King paired a braided crown with a ponytail for a look that dazzles. For this you need little more than our new Hair Scrunchie and Clip-In Ponytail Extensions for a temporary look. If you’re creating this look with extensions installed, divide your hair from ear to ear into two sections. Next, place the upper half of your hair into a top knot or toward the back. Then, pull the lower half of your hair in a twist, braid, or fishtail with a pin. Secure it with an elastic while leaving the end free.

4: Effortless Accessories

Hair accessories have been a staple trend for the last 4 years now and the big and bolder, the more they become part of creating a statement style. Justine Marjan paired a pearl hairband with large pearls akin to a tiara into her style with just a sleek, smooth finish to the hair. This look requires little more than the right cut of your wig, extensions or natural hair of any length with a hydrated, smooth finish with our Perfect Lock Argan Oil.

5: The Classic Braid

The classics truly never die and the same can be said of the classic braid. Stylist Kahh Spence did Ella Mai’s hair for the American Music Awards a few years back and it’s the best example of this classic look. A clean, tight braid made ultra shiny with hair oil and then the baby hairs around the face swirled into a stunning art deco look.

6: The ZigZag Bun

The bun never goes out of style and whether you are pairing your hairstyle with our new Hair Scrunchie or putting your natural hair or extensions up in a bun…that style can also be taken up a notch! A ZigZag part was a staple of the 90’s and now is back! To get this look, simply flatiron the iron from root to end to get a clean, smooth finish. Then using the tip of a tailcomb, carve out a large zig-zag part from the forehead to the crown. Then gather lengths and overlap the lengths into a small chignon and then just pin it to the nape.
