Growing up in Bangalore, Priyanka Swamy didn't see women who looked like her in magazines. Her curly hair felt like something to fix, not celebrate.
She made a quiet promise to herself: one day, she'd create options for women like her - so no one would feel like they had to choose between who they are and who they want to be.
The Discovery
A Sacred Gift, Passed Forward
Priyanka's journey led her to the temples of India, where women offer their hair through an ancient ritual called Tonsure - a spiritual act of release and renewal.
This hair, given with intention and care, carries a different energy. It's unprocessed, pure, and meant to be passed on. One woman's act of letting go becomes another woman's transformation.

We move to our Walnut Creek headquarters - showroom, private wig room, and salon - where we continue to serve women today.
