The beads come pre-sewn onto the weft, making it easy for your stylist to install and remove. Beaded wefts are a great way to change up your look and add some extra oomph to your hair.
The lifespan of a beaded weft depends on the quality of the hair (we only recommend Remy human hair, like what we offer at Perfect Locks) and how well it is maintained. With proper care and maintenance, beaded wefts can last for several months and reused for multiple installations.

They will make sure that the wefts are not too tight or heavy, and that the beads are not installed too close to the scalp which is usually the root cause of discomfort.

The installation involves attaching a row of weft hair extensions to small sections of your natural hair using small beads or micro rings. The beads are pre-sewn onto the weft itself, making it very easy to slip your hair through the bead. The bead is then clamped using hair extension pliers. The installation should only be performed by a licensed salon professional.
Use a loop tool to pull small sections of natural hair through silicone-lined beads. Space them evenly along the row to prepare for weft installation and a secure hold.
Align the weft just above the row of threaded beads, making sure it lies flat against the scalp for a seamless, natural-looking result that blends with your real hair.
Carefully use pliers to clamp each bead closed over the weft and natural hair. This locks the weft in place and ensures long-lasting wear without slipping or shifting.
Continue clamping each bead along the entire row, securing the weft section by section. Take your time to apply consistent pressure for even, secure attachment across the whole row.
Repeat the same process for each new row as needed, depending on your desired density and coverage. Install additional rows to complete the full, voluminous transformation.
