We’re confident in our products, and we’re pleased to offer an industry-first return policy unlike any other company in the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

We are proud to offer the most flexible return policy in the industry. You may wash, condition, brush, and heat style your extensions while in the security zip ties. If for any reason you aren’t satisfied, send the hair back within 14 days of receiving the product for an exchange or refund (a 15% restocking fee will be applied). VIP and VIPro Members have 30 days and no restocking fee. It’s that simple. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once the hair is used we are very limited if a problem arises.

Exchanges & Store Credit:

We will pay the shipping costs to mail the newly exchanged product(s) as a one-time courtesy (Domestic U.S. only). All international customers must ship items back at their own expense.

Custom Orders:

A 35% restocking fee will apply for any returned and/or canceled custom orders (Non-VIP, VIP, and VIPro Members). If you would like to exchange your custom order for an in-stock item, no restocking fee will apply.

All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Must not be removed from the security zip ties
  • Hair has not been installed, colored, cut, or altered
  • If an item has lace, the lace must remain intact and cannot be cut
  • Must be within 14 days (30 for VIP and VIPro Members) from the delivered date
  • Must be in the original packaging with tags attached
  • RMA request must be submitted by phone, email, or online
Yes you can. We only recommend dying the virgin #1B color, they are completely natural and will take color easily from to 2 to 3 shades. If you need to go lighter then bleaching may be involved, in which case we would recommend you consult a professional. We do not recommend coloring hair that's already been colored. When doing any color service to the hair, perform a test strand first to see how the color processes with your formula being used. Once you confirm the results and processing time are correct than you can carry on with the full application of color desired. Keep in mind that the lighter you go it may slightly loosen the hair's natural curl pattern. This is something you can check for after completing your strand test as well.
With proper care and maintenance, this overall product will last you at least 1 to 2 years with proper care. We have customers that have been using the same hair extensions upwards of 4 to 5 years. We recommend only using the highest quality hair extension products for maintenance.
We use 100% authentic Remy Indian hair in all of our hair extension products. The virgin #1B color is natural, other colors are also available for purchase. The cuticle remains intact and aligned which allows the hair to be styled naturally with heat tools so it blends seamlessly with your own hair.
Yes! You can flat iron it bone straight or curl it for a deeper look. Our wavy hair is very flexible, and you'll be able to achieve many hairstyles and looks with this texture. It's also beautiful in it's natural state. Simply wash the hair to revert back to the original texture.
We recommend products that don't contain any sulfates, parabens, or ammonia. High quality hair care products made for hair extensions are necessary to keep the hair moisturized and hydrated. Our inspire line of products is a perfect solution
We recommend 2 bundles if going 18 inches or shorter. If you are going 20 inches or longer we may recommend a 3rd bundle and/or a closure, it depends on the length of hair and the fullness you are trying to achieve. It's better to have a little extra rather than not enough during your installation.
Shedding can occur if the weft is cut and not sealed. If you or your stylist need to cut the track we highly recommend using a hair extension or nail glue to seal the track. This will help prevent shedding.
