If for any reason you aren’t satisfied, send the hair back within 14 days of receiving the product for an exchange or refund (a 15% restocking fee will be applied). VIP and VIPro Members have 30 days and no restocking fee. It’s that simple. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once the hair is used we are very limited if a problem arises.
Exchanges & Store Credit:
We will pay the shipping costs to mail the newly exchanged product(s) as a one-time courtesy (Domestic U.S. only). All international customers must ship items back at their own expense.
Custom Orders:
A 35% restocking fee will apply for any returned and/or canceled custom orders (Non-VIP, VIP, and VIPro Members). If you would like to exchange your custom order for an in-stock item, no restocking fee will apply.
All returns must meet the following conditions:
- Must not be removed from the security zip ties
- Hair has not been installed, colored, cut, or altered
- If an item has lace, the lace must remain intact and cannot be cut

Yes you can. We only recommend dying the virgin #1B color, they are completely natural and will take color easily from to 2 to 3 shades. If you need to go lighter then bleaching may be involved, in which case we would recommend you consult a professional. We do not recommend coloring hair that's already been colored.
When doing any color service to the hair, perform a test strand first to see how the color processes with your formula being used. Once you confirm the results and processing time are correct than you can carry on with the full application of color desired. Keep in mind that the lighter you go it may slightly loosen the hair's natural curl pattern. This is something you can check for after completing your strand test as well.
With proper care and maintenance, this overall product will last you at least 1 to 2 years with proper care. We have customers that have been using the same hair extensions upwards of 4 to 5 years. We recommend only using the highest quality hair extension products for maintenance.
We use 100% authentic Remy Indian hair in all of our hair extension products. The virgin #1B color is natural, other colors are also available for purchase. The cuticle remains intact and aligned which allows the hair to be styled naturally with heat tools so it blends seamlessly with your own hair.
The volumizer is one fixed size. It will work great with a low ponytail,braid,or side braid.
The netted base wraps around the bank of your head and clips in easily. You then pull your natural through the netted integration holes, which makes for easy and seamless blending. Many customers say the Volumizer is much easier to install than traditional Clip-Ins because it's one piece rather than a bunch of separate pieces.
We do not recommend using 2 Volumizers at a time because they cannot be stacked on top of eachother. It's better to pair a Volumizer with a traditional set of clip-ins if you're looking for more volume and/or fullness.
A regular clip-in set sometimes is not full enough for thicker hair or a fuller look. The volumizer is built to give fullness throughout.
You can pull your own hair through the integration holes. This allows for perfect blending to give you a totally natural look.

Works well
I really like this type of hair piece. I have very thin hair in the back, crown, of my head and you can always see my extensions there. It’s been a nightmare to find something that you don’t see. I really like the volumizer because you thread your hair through out the piece so it blends very well with my natural hair. My one complaint with Perfect Locks is the color selection. I have to modify the color no matter what, add roots or add highlights/lowlights for dimension and blending.

I’ve been a customer since 2013, I love your story and your hair. The quality is unmatched! The volumizer is very easy to install and basically fail-proof. It looks beautiful down or pulled into a ponytail. Several times I have had to check it to see if I still had it in, it blends so well with my hair. This is my everyday piece. It retains its looks after years of daily wear. Seriously my older ones (3++ years) still get worn (gym, hats, snow, beach, around the house...pandemic) when I’m just bumming around. However I keep a fresh one or two on deck at all times!

Fast and easy!
Hair is really nice and soft, and this is so much faster than clipping in a set! My hair is done in five minutes flat. The honeycombs are a bit tricky but I found the video tutorial on how to pull the hair through very helpful- but really you don't need to, the hair is so thick that you can also just leave it and it looks fine. I have thin hair that doesn't leave a lot of room to hide many clips so this is a great solution to get the most hair with the least amount of clips on my head!
