If this is your first time shopping on our site or in-store for Black Friday, don’t fret, we have tips to make your shopping experience run smoothly. We wanted it to run so smoothly, that the discounts will be added automatically for your convenience!

Shopping Online

  1. When browsing through our website, we always recommend finding the items you are interested in and adding it to your cart. This way when our sale is available, you are able to checkout right then and there!
  2. If you are not a VIP or VIPro Member, you should sign up now! Our VIP and VIPro get early access to our 40% off Black Friday deal Wednesday at 9 pm PST. You not only get early access, but you also receive a ton of benefits from becoming a member. Such as earning 2x Perfect Points, major rewards, and more!
  3. Our phone customer support will be unavailable on Friday, however, you can always call us before then for any questions you may have. If you happen to call us on Friday, you are more than welcome to leave a message or you can email us at support@perfectlocks.com We will make sure to get to you as soon as possible!
  4. Seeing these great deals gets you excited to buy everything in sight. However, it’s important to read and understand our policies before purchasing. Read up on all of our policies like our shipping, returns & exchanges, and more.
  5. We love reading notes when you make a purchase with us! When checking out, you can always add any notes regarding your item. In the notes, you can specify if you are looking for “the tightest curl pattern” or “the darkest 1B color.” This is to better ensure that we pull the best match for you!
  6. If any of our items are out of stock, don’t worry we have you covered! You can click our “Backorder” button and we’ll ship the items out once it becomes available. Backorder items can take up to 2 to 6 weeks, once we receive them, we will ship it out ASAP!
  7. Checking out can be easy when you know what form of payment to use. Our online store accepts all forms of payments, such as debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and financing through Affirm. If you plan to use Affirm, it is only available to U.S. residents at this time. We also suggest that you sign up for Affirm ahead of time. This is so when you are approved you can proceed with your transaction!

 


Shopping In-Store

  1. Visit our Walnut Creek location before Black Friday! Not knowing what you want could be a little stressful. However, if you come in a couple of days prior, an associate can help you choose what would be the best option for you. That way, when you come in on the big day, you can just grab, checkout, and go!
  2. If you are unable to come in, that’s okay too! You can always call 888-290-4771 or email support@perfectlocks.com a couple of days prior with any questions you may have.
  3. Like most stores that offer doorbuster deals, so will we! Our doors will open at 8 am sharp and we will be giving tickets to those in line. Be the first in line and see what those tickets may hold.
  4. Being in line with yourself can be no fun, but bringing your friends and family will be! Bringing someone can help ensure that you have everything on your list. You can never know, they might want to buy something too!

Membership

  • Membership is available to all qualifying individuals 16 years of age and over. For partner stylist you need to be approved as a licensed cosmetologist before becoming a VIP Pro member
  • Perfect Locks reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant and membership may be terminated at Perfect Locks discretion and without cause.
  • Membership is subject to any and all rules adopted by including our online, showroom terms and conditions and by all applicable laws
  • Members cannot add on any other promotion to discounts received from the membership program (sales, coupon codes)
  • Members cannot use their VIP discount on products that are already discounted such as bundle deals, clearance items
  • Members are subject to the same return policy applicable for all Perfect Locks customers for products purchased. The terms can be found on the website
  • Membership is approved once the membership fee is paid in full and settled by the financial institution
  • Free Shipping is applied to each order greater than $100

Membership Fees

  • Membership fee is for one 12-month period from the date of enrollment of the Primary member
  • The program is intended for individual use only, our membership is valid for the primary member only and is not transferable

Membership Renewal and Cancellation

  • Your membership will be automatically renewed for yearly subscription and your payment method will automatically be charged at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your subscription renewal. Member will need to call Perfect locks customer support to cancel subscription auto renewal
  • Membership fee is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once processed
  • Membership changes can take place from VIP to VIP Pro provided the member qualifies as a stylist and pays the amount difference between the two programs. The annual membership becomes active after the date of switch.

Fraud Protection

As part of our order processing procedures, we may screen received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity, we may reject your order or we may contact you at the phone number or email address you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity
