Thank you for my order! I received it just in time for my install. I didn't even need the two packs that I had ordered. I love the feel of the hair it is sooo soft! The only thing is it is a little shorter than I had expected. The 16' is more like a 14' , but thanks to you, the hair that I had extra and didn't open, you let me exchange it for a longer length. Thank you soo much for that! Can't wait till I get it in because I am going to the beach next month.
