I was very hesitant about ordering hair online. I'm new to getting hair weaves but knew I wanted good hair that looks natural. I saw that Perfect Locks allows you to return items, which most sites don't so I felt comfortable knowing I had the option to get my money back if I wasn't pleased with the way the hair looks. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my hair the next day ( I got next day shipping). It was so natural looking and soooo soft. I couldn't wait to get my hair done. After I got my hair installed, I was sooooo pleased with the way my hair looked. It looked so natural and it's so bouncy. It sheds a little when I comb it but enough to annoy you. I've had it in for 2 weeks now and I still have natural shine and body. I ordered 8 ounces of machine weft wavy hair and a closure piece. I ended up not needing the closure piece so Perfect Locks let me return with no hassle. Customer service was so nice and understanding. I ended up only needing 4 ounces of hair but still didn't use it all because there is so much hair in a bundle. I didn't return the other 4 ounces of hair because it is such good quality. I'm sure I will use it eventually. I recommend anyone to this site. Great customer service and great quality hair.
