I ordered the 16" Wavy closure piece and erroneously ordered the machine weft 14" wavy hair online. After I received the order, I immediately called because i had a hair appointment scheduled in the next 3 days. I wanted the hand tied wavy 14". Priyanka told me to send it to her next day and she'd send me what I wanted. So I went to the post office and sent it back right away. The next day comes and I assume everything is ok. Thursday comes and I get a phone call from her stating she didn't have the package. I told her per the tracking it was delivered but a note was left. I panic because of my scheduled appointment. Priyanka said she'd send it to me anyway. She did and I received it in time. She even gave me extra length with no extra charge b/c the length I wanted was not in stock. What great customer service she gave.
