Amazing customer service! I placed an order online and forgot to put in an item and so I called the line, expecting the voicemail since it was way after-hours but immediately got a real live person! The situation was taken care of right away. Then the hair I received in the mail was fabulous. I put the wavy I-tip strands in myself (10-20 varying lengths) and so even though it was my first time putting in extensions, they still looked great because the quality of the hair is so amazing.
