I must admit that I was a bit taken back when I got my first shipment bc they send you a flyer telling you they will take off 75 from your next purchase if you post a video on how great the service is so i was like ok scammy. But listen to this, i changed the my mind on the color i wanted so i got the rn number and sent it back. 3 weeks went by so i decided to call, had to leave a message, but a sweet indian lady called me back and told me my hair had been sitting there and no one had touched it but't know what to do with it bc i put the wrong rn number. I told her what i wanted and she sent it right away. I felt like i was dealing with family and i received my hair so quickly afterwards that i couldnt stay mad. the hair is great too by the way!
