It was the best online experience. I had an issue with the order form and my computer prefilled some areas that I thought would delay the shipment of the hair... The customer service rep assured me that the hair would arrive, and if it didn't he would send another shipment out and recall the original shipment, all to ensure that I received my hair in time!!! Best service ever!!!
