I live in Italy, I ordered 2 packs of 18" straight machine. I received my lovely hair after 10 days, because i choose the normal postal service. I was a little bit anxious, because it was my first purchase online. I wrote a lot of mails to the customer service, and I always received answers. I'm wearing my hair, they seem like mine!!! Very easy to wash, very little tangle. My boyfriend loves me mooooooooooooooooooore ! Really! I'm a customer for life ! I'll soon order two packs for my sister, she's jealous! ahahhaha! (I'm french speaking, so sorry for the mistakes)
