Where do I start? The quality of the hair is wonderful!!!

I love the fact that YOU respond to my phone calls so promptly, most online stores have an answering service and their representatives take hours sometimes to call back. Some places have automated voice messages that the customer has to weave through in order to get an answer that is sometimes a simple yes or no. Your emails are even fast! I was in the middle of a hair crisis (as I usually am). My normal hair lady is never prepared and the hair I need from her is always out of stock, I'm so glad I found your website. I got everything I needed in 24hrs!!!
