I was very hesitant about ordering hair online. I'm new to getting hair weaves but knew I wanted good hair that looks natural. I saw that Perfect Locks allows you to return items, which most sites don't so I felt comfortable knowing I had the option to get my money back if I wasn't pleased with the way the hair looks. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my hair the next day ( I got next day shipping). It was so natural looking and soooo soft. I couldn't wait to get my hair done. After I got my hair installed, I was sooooo pleased with the way my hair looked. It looked so natural and it's so bouncy. It sheds a little when I comb it but enough to annoy you. I've had it in for 2 weeks now and I still have natural shine and body. I ordered 8 ounces of machine weft wavy hair and a closure piece. I ended up not needing the closure piece so Perfect Locks let me return with no hassle. Customer service was so nice and understanding. I ended up only needing 4 ounces of hair but still didn't use it all because there is so much hair in a bundle. I didn't return the other 4 ounces of hair because it is such good quality. I'm sure I will use it eventually. I recommend anyone to this site. Great customer service and great quality hair.

I just wanted to say that this hair is very natural. I have had my hair sewed in for many, many years and never have I had hair that was so manageable and that straighten and curled like it should. I love my Perfect Locks Hair. This will be were I get my hair from for know on. I have received so many compliments about my hair that it is ridiculous. But I love it. This is the perfect hair if you want that natural look. I am so happy I found this website.

I have had the Indian Hair product since January of 09'and I love it. I am 51yrs. old and my god-daughter Tenishia Banks told me about it so, as the young woman that I am I tried it! And I have fell head over hills with it.

i was searching for a website that has hair and i found 3 of them at first i couldnt buy from perfect lock coz i had seen a haters site that talks bad about the hair hair but i wrote to you guys and assured me to return the hair if its not good .when i got the hair yesterday OMG!!!i have no words all i can say to all of you who wants to buy hair here go ahead i am in kenya and believe me i have not been paid to say this but the hair is wonderful so i want to make another order now .and make my lace wig will send the pic when i am done .thank you guys keep it up . : )

"Just wanted to express how satisfied I am with the product I received as well as the superb service provided by Priyanka.

I didn't know anything about perfect locks and I sent my sister your website. She ordered immediately because I read your site and she felt I did my research. She's hooked too!!

I ordered the 16" Wavy closure piece and erroneously ordered the machine weft 14" wavy hair online. After I received the order, I immediately called because i had a hair appointment scheduled in the next 3 days. I wanted the hand tied wavy 14". Priyanka told me to send it to her next day and she'd send me what I wanted. So I went to the post office and sent it back right away. The next day comes and I assume everything is ok. Thursday comes and I get a phone call from her stating she didn't have the package. I told her per the tracking it was delivered but a note was left. I panic because of my scheduled appointment. Priyanka said she'd send it to me anyway. She did and I received it in time. She even gave me extra length with no extra charge b/c the length I wanted was not in stock. What great customer service she gave.

I am definitely a lifetime member of this club!"

"I'm an actress/model so I HAVE to have great looking hair at all times. I initially purchased the 16" machine weft straight hair in February of 2008. Its now January 2009 and my hair is still going strong. I made sure to take very good care of it by shampooing and conditioning with stylist approved products and it worked. It never got nappy and it matched my hair texture perfectly. I've gotten nothing but great remarks from family and friends. I decided that I want to go longer for the new year so I'm placing a new order which I'm sure will last me the whole year again.

This hair has saved me tons of money. I'll never order hair from anywhere else but Perfect Locks.

The hair extensions I ordered from Perfect Locks are awesome because as a professional model having good quality Indian hair really helps. I was filming The Janice Dickinson Show when I had the product and it really came in handy for me, I wouldn't have to do much to it at all and the stylists just loved it!

"I LOVE THIS HAIR!!! I have bought hair from a number of vendors that CLAIM to have the PRODUCT that will never tangle etc etc etc. This hair is excellent , I have used over 3 times & it still looks as good as when I bought it. I am a customer for LIFE! The hair is expensive BUT IT IS WORTH EVERY DIME BECAUSE I AM WORTH IT. I want to give a shout to my hair stylist Fatmata Sayeski 408.561.8744 (the best). I will download pix's when I get my hard disc back. Buy this HAIR you will never shop with anyone ELSE! "I have been searching high and low for a site or store that felt I could trust to deliver some quality REAL virgin remy Indian hair and I am SOOO glad I found Perfect Locks. I am very satisfied with my hair. It's unlike any hair I've ever purchased and worth every penny. "I am very pleased with the quality of the hair I purchased. I was very apprehensive at first, because I didn't know anyone who had worn this type of hair before. Because of the wonderful customer reviews, I was won over and convinced to make this sound "Investment". When I received my order, Priyanka left a note saying that because she ran out of the length I requested, 20 inches, she sent me 22 instead. That is what I call "customer focused business". I bought Perfect Locks hair after finding their website by chance (and with a lot of prayer!). Someone referred me to another vendor, but something made me trust Perfect Locks. I'm so glad I listened to my instinct! The hair was so affordable and yet so beautiful. As you can see from my photos in the photo gallery, my wedding pictures turned out AMAZING! The combo of great VIRGIN Indian Remy and an amazing weavologist resulted in the best weave I've ever installed. I have referred others to this site, and I will continue to buy from Perfect Locks for all my future weaves installs. Don't go with anyone else - THEY are the vendor for you! I have had my hair for over 6 months now and it still is as beautiful as the day I got it. I wear it curly or straight and everyone thinks this is my real hair. There are no tangles, no frizziness, no dryness. The hair is perfect. Anyone thinking of getting it, DONT WAIT, do it now you will be very happy!!!!!

I love your product. I ordered it and had it put in before my Hawaiian vacation & my hair looked great the entire week. I had it washed and set before I left for my trip and on my trip I was able to wash it, comb it out, & run mousse in it and let it air dry and curl right back up. The hair lasted me a month & then I was able to have it redone using the same hair. My stylist even loved the hair. I will be ordering again.

I ordered two packages of the wavy hand-tied hair and it has exceeded my expectation. My beautician has been in the hair business for over thirty years and she has had nothing but raves about the quality of the hair. I have used other human hair before, but I am absolutely sold on Indian hair. It looks natural and FEELS so soft. Also, I needed my hair in a hurry and was very happy with the express service which allowed me to receive it the VERY next day.
