I ordered my hair late on a Thursday, and selected the two day Fed Ex option, and the next morning I recieved a call from Priyanka, informing me she recieved my order, however Fed Ex doesn't deliver on Saturday's so I wouldn't recieve the hair until Monday and she figured I needed the hair earlier, (which I did b/c my appointment was on Sunday) so she told me she could send it a faster route, and sure enough, I recieved it Saturday! I recieved the hair, and I was a little worried b/c I ordered two packs of hair, and usually I require a third pack, because I have thick hair. However, since the hair is such a great quality, and there is a good amount of hair per track, I was able to get a full head sew in weave with just the two packs, with a little hair left over ( which is a big deal, because I always require more hair). I also was unsure of how wavy the wavy hair was, and almost ordered curly, but when i got the hair, and wet the hair, it turned out perfect. I love this hair, and I would recommend it to anyone!" |

I called last Friday 2/15/08 and spoke to Priyanka about my concerns of ordering this hair and more so what type of hair would look natural with mine. Priyanka was so patient with me and I ended up ordering two packs of the Indian Wavy in 16 and 18' and received it the next morning!!!! The hair was beautiful but not what I wanted in length or texture, so I called Priyanka back and told her that I wanted to try the Indian Curly (she suggested it in the first phone call) however I was nervous because I didn't want to look like I had a big puffy curly afro and she assured me that it wouldn't look nothing like I thought especially if I bought the longer length's which I did 22' and 24' in Virgin Natural Remy Curly. I received it on President's day...yes the holiday. My appointment was Tuesday A.M. and Priyanka assured me I would have it before my appointment and I did! I know I'm going all over the place with this review but I'm so excited and impressed on the service Priyanka offered and the quality of this magnificent hair. I had it sewn in and it is sooooooooooo beautiful and natural. Since it was sent to me in VIRGIN NATURAL my beautician colored it jet black for me. In the Virgin Natural the color is more brown or the #2 with a few lighter streaks. In any case I am a model and in a fashion show tomorrow 2/22/08 and I'm so excited because if you didn't know me you would definitely think it is MY REAL hair (well technically it is...I bought it so it's mine and it's definitely REAL...:-)) In any case if you are looking for the Chili from the group TLC look then the 20', 22',and 24' Indian Curly is the way to go. Priyanka thank you so very much. I promise if you buy this hair you will NEVER go back to the LOCAL BEAUTY SUPPLY SHOP to purchase your hair. Where do I start? The quality of the hair is wonderful!!!
I love the fact that YOU respond to my phone calls so promptly, most online stores have an answering service and their representatives take hours sometimes to call back. Some places have automated voice messages that the customer has to weave through in order to get an answer that is sometimes a simple yes or no. Your emails are even fast! I was in the middle of a hair crisis (as I usually am). My normal hair lady is never prepared and the hair I need from her is always out of stock, I'm so glad I found your website. I got everything I needed in 24hrs!!!
