Official Photo Contest Rules
HOW TO ENTER: Fearless Fall Fashion Contest (the "Contest") sponsored by Perfect Locks ("Sponsor") starts 9 am Eastern Time (ET) on 10/1/12 and ends 8 pm PST on 10/10/12 (the "Entry Period"). The person who submits the Entry will be referred to herein as "Entrant". Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States, must be at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Entrants must submit a photo of themselves being "fashionably fearless".
HOW TO WIN: You MUST like Perfect Locks on Facebook to be entered into the contest. Then upload an image of yourself with your most "fashionably fearless" photo. The winner will be selected by Perfect Locks on 10/9/12 and announced on Facebook. Remember, the picture with the most votes will be selected as the winner, so be creative, be original, and get all of your friends to vote for you!
PRIZES: (Only 1 winner will be awarded a prize): A Perfect Clip On Volumizer in their length and texture of choice. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or D.C., at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Employees of Perfect Locks ("Sponsor"), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are NOT eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, elsewhere outside the 50 United States, and where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating and/or accepting the contest and contest prizes, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to accept decisions of the Sponsor as final in all matters relating to this Contest. Photographs: Sponsor will use photo submissions at the consent of the winners and at Perfect Locks discretion.

SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of winner’s name, photograph, other likenesses and limited biographical information for advertising, promotional or trade purposes, including but not limited to online announcements, in commerce and in all media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
