How long does this Indian hair last?
Article Number: 16 | Rating: Unrated | Last Updated: Thu, Jun 30, 2011 at 11:54 PM
Your virgin Indian hair will last for up to and over a year with proper maintenance. Some customers report using the same hair extensions for up to two years with no decrease in quality. Customers can do this multiple times.Since Indian Remy hair is 100% virgin, it has not been treated with acid, bleach or other harsh chemicals. This preserves its life, giving you longer wear. The hair can be re-used very easily. Many customers remove their hair, wash underneath... then reinstall the same hair.
To maintain your Indian Remy hair, wrap your hair in a satin scarf or wear a satin bonnet before going to bed. This will help to prevent tangling and breakage. Some people part their hair into sections and braid it before bed to keep the strands separated. Never sleep on wet hair. Brush your hair starting at the ends and working your way back to the root. This will prevent the hair from being pulled from the weft and also prevent shedding. Here's a video from a customer that has used our hair 4 times:
