It’s time for another contest on MissJia.com and I’m happy to announce the collabo with Perfect Locks. I recently received some curly hair from Perfect Locks and needless to say, I LOVE it! It’s ridiculously soft with perfectly defined curls that seem to get better and better with each wash.
