In Ayurvedic terms the foods you describe are called Pitta pacifying. Other ingredients that would help are fenugreek and amla or Indian Gooseberry.

i think that the olive oil treatment sucks its just make my hair all frizzy and dry again

These tips are great. I had a small dandruff problem and tried the olive oil suggestion. I can honestly say that I noticed a difference after just two days of treatment. I was surpised how fresh and clean it made me feel too! I will keep it up and report back soon.
