The term Remy originates from Indian women who donate hair to the temple in gratitude for some blessings in their life, or if they are married. The temple then sells the hair and proceeds go to the temple to help provide free food and housing for pilgrims as well to operate area hospitals, colleges and other charitable organizations. Since Indian women rarely process their hair it is in excellent condition at the time it is donated, thats why Remy is the best type of hair for extensions.
